Customers

Our customers are usually companies of 500+ employees and active in the technology sector (telecom, media, energy, IT, etc.), using technology to make a difference in their business. Sometimes, by exception, smaller companies make use of the services of CIMG; those companies are mostly technology-intensive start-up companies (20+ staff) with sufficient capital means.

We typically engage with customers in the following areas:

• The execution of a change/transformation program within an organization required to support the strategy ( recent Telco, Financial Services, Energy/Utilities references )

• Managing the integration of companies after mergers and acquisitions ( recently within Software/Equipment Manufacturer )

• The temporary replacement of personnel on key positions ( all cases )

• The knowledge or experience to manage one particular or several complex technology projects successful for the company ( references in Telco, Energy/Utilities company )

• Supporting companies with strategy development ( reference within Financial Services/Payments )

• Coaching of senior business technology managers ( ongoing ).
