Interim Management and strategy consultancy roles are always delivered fit for purpose and to customer needs. We listen to our customers' and their staff's wishes, and formulate a proposal clearly describing the initial need or purpose of the engagement. In close collaboration with you and your team we analyze further what needs to be done to become successful, both on a short term and a long term. In case of organisational change programs we make an inventory of what needs to be done in order to create an environment within which everyone involved can perform and contribute optimally to the success of the company. After an initial analysis of the situation, we will offer you a proposal with our understanding of the situation and the goals that need to be achieved. These goals can reflect the goals of the company, the departments involved, a program or the introduction of a new product (in case of program director or product management roles). Based on this proposal and the agreed goals we will provide a profile of the ideal candidate for the requested role.

After agreement, we will look within CIMG for the interim manager or strategy consultant who fits your company profile and has the required experience to meet the goals. The network of professionals within CIMG provides almost always a good candidate. CIMG will flag immediately to you if no suitable candidate is available, and either discontinue the assignment or ask for a delay if possible in starting the assignment.
